PRESIDENT'S MESSAGE

We need to get it in gear!

I got back from MidWinter Conference, with the evidence, and I hope to show it to you. The evidence? A picture that Sally took of me in the same bed with Pat and her daughter. Unfortunately for me, that was as riske' as it got. But, after you hear Bo Shafer and Court Crow, you have to be fired up! We need to get back into the swing of things and quit mowing the yard like its a job and start mowing the yard like we own it.

Our annual golf tournament has been set for April 7th, which is a Saturday. We can all pitch in and find sponsors as well as teams and prizes. So, it is no excuse that you don't play golf or don't have any interest in it, because it is a fun fundraising event.

Mitch Redd has told us that the rummage sale will be held in May. We are looking forward to our 3rd go-round of that event. This year we will not be taking clothes, so that should make it a lot easier on us. As soon as a date is set for that event, we will let you know.

Also in April, on the 27th and 28th, Sulphur will be hosting the girls state softball tournament, and we will be helping in that endeavor. We will be selling tickets and parking cars.
